General Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Python Full Stack Developer with Gen AI to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and deploying AI solutions, with proficiency in the following technologies:Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain AI-driven applications using Flask/FastAPI and Python.- Implement and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS/ any Cloud.- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes (K8s).- Develop and maintain user interfaces using Angular/React, HTML5, and Bootstrap.- Apply AI and machine learning techniques to solve complex problems.- Engage in prompt engineering and work with models like OpenAI/LLaMA.- Utilize LangChain and LangGraph for efficient AI workflows.- Implement and manage vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.-Ability to work with stakeholders including Product Owners, Architects, and cross-functional teams, understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, and delivery of high-quality product to users.- Exhibit a wide variety of professional characteristics such as debugging, problem solving, and excellent interpersonal skills.- Provide project support on back-end/front-end applications, integration, and required test harnesses to meet business requirements.- Demonstrate proficiency in designing and implementing high performant data processing solutions.- Independently write reliable, testable, and maintainable code.- Contribute to designing, building, and deploying software pipelines with supervision.- Efficiently complete tasks to meet project deliverables and associated deadlines in the software development process.- Actively engage with team members, seeking opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in IT Software Development.- Participate in technical discussions within the project team.- Have ability to work independently with minimal guidance.- Thoroughly review technical documentation for straightforward projects under the guidance of a supervisor.

Min. Qualifications
Candidate should have:- 7+ years of relevant industry experience.- Proficiency in Flask/Fast API and Python for backend development.- Good experience with AWS for cloud services.- Expertise in Kubernetes (K8s) for container orchestration.- Solid understanding of front-end technologies including Angular or React, HTML5, and Bootstrap.- Hands-on experience with AI and machine learning frameworks is a plus.- Solid knowledge in AI/ML concepts.- Knowledge of prompt engineering and working with advanced AI models like OpenAI/LLaMA.- Familiarity with LangChain and LangGraph.- Experience with vector databases and RAG systems.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4+ years of work experience in programming, scripting, and/or automation or IT-relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• OR
  6+ years of work experience in programming, scripting, and/or automation or IT-relevant work experience without a Bachelors degree.
• 2+ years experience with Database Design structures such as Mongo DB, MySQL.
  Proficiency in both front end and back-end technologies- Experience with additional AI frameworks and libraries.- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a "can do" attitude
